  • Purpose of the Company: A weight of 10% to 20% is assigned based on the company’s objectives.
  • Company Capital: A weight of 10% to 30% is assigned according to the company’s capital.
  • Number of Employees: A weight of 0% to 30% is assigned based on employee count.
  • Business Activity Location: Determined according to the investment map for targeted development projects.

  • The number of residency permits granted depends on the company’s capital and employee count, ranging from 2 to 8 permits based on specific criteria.

4. Duration of Residency:

  • Initial residency is granted for one year.
  • Renewal is contingent upon the company’s compliance and operational seriousness.
  • After demonstrating commitment, residency can be extended or renewed for up to five years, or aligned with the term of the board of directors, business license, or company duration.
